Manchester Packaging Company has high speed stack and CI flexo presses capable of printing 4 color line work or up to 6 color process designs on polyethylene and polypropylene flexible films. Since we manufacture our own polyethylene blown film, we can control quality and lead-time to your advantage. This assures you of uniform printed roll stock for your packaging line, reducing down-time and scrap, and increasing your company's profit.
Our large cylinder inventory means we can accommodate almost any repeat from 1" to 30" on film up to 55" wide. We can print your tubing on two sides in combinations of 1 and 3, 2 and 2, or 0 and 4 colors.

Using your camera ready art work or electronic art file, we will work with our plate maker to provide quality rubber or photo-polymer printing plates that are accurate. Good plates make it easier to produce crisp, quality images. You pay for printing plates the first time and never pay again unless the design is changed.

Reasonable minimum order requirements for custom printed jobs. Minimum as low as
150 pounds of narrow tubing in the 4" to 14" range, or 500 pounds in the 15" to 48" range.
Larger sizes or CI press jobs require 1000 pound minimum.

Save money with inexpensive one color random printed film for applications where this approach is acceptable. Suffocation warning or other generic information is often easily printed in-line as the film is extruded, where print repeat is not critical. This method saves the costs associated with setting up a multi-color printing press jobs, resulting in improved profit for your company.
We have the equipment and expertise to print your design of up to 6 color process on polyethylene or polypropylene. We are also able to print mutliple images across wide web film and slit it down afterwards, reducing expensive press time.
We can print your design on sheeting and fold and rewind it afterwards for a nominal charge. This is useful for form/fill/seal and other automated packaging equipment.
