Biopolymers include materials derived from corn starch, potato starch, or bacterially produced polyesters. Several biopolymers are available for flexible packaging films. Manchester Packaging Company now produces film and bags using the FKuR Bioflex (polyester/PLA) resins  This resin family is certified compostable in accordance with ASTM D6400  and EN 13432 standards.
